advance与proceed区别

区别就是两者都是动词但意思是不一样的，具体的不同如下

advance中文意思是v. （使）前进，（使）向前移动；发展，进步；预付；提前，提早；促进，推动；提出（想法或理论）；上涨，增加；提拔，晋升

proceed中文意思是v. 开始行动，开展；<正式>继续做（或从事、进行）；（完成其他事后）继续做某事；<正式>行进，前往；起诉某人；来自，出自

progress、proceed、move on与go

这些动词均含“前进，行进，进展”之意。

advance ：主要用于具体的人或物，也可指科学技术和运动等。

The mob advanced on us, shouting angrily.

暴民愤怒地喊叫着向我们逼近。

progress ：指按某一既定目标前进，取得发展，目的性很明确，强调经常和稳定地前进。

The course allows students to progress at their own speed.

本课程允许学生按各自的速度学习。

proceed ：侧重指继续前进。

We're not sure whether we still want to proceed with the sale.

我们不确定是否还要继续减价促销。

move on ：非正式用语，侧重从某一停止点向某地前进，但不表示前进的目的地。

Mr Brooke moved on from Paris to Belgrade.

布鲁克先生离开巴黎，继续前往贝尔格莱德。

go ：最常用词，含义宽泛而不确切，依上文确定其具体意思。
