英语中，me too的意思是：我也(是)。表示肯定的意义，用于肯定情况。me neither的意思是：我也(不是)，表示否定的意义，用于否定情况。

例句：

1.Tom is a doctor, me too.

2.Mary sing well, me too.

3.Jack is not a teacher, me neither.

4.Alice can't speak Japanese, me neither.

Me, neither. 我也不。Me, too. 我也一样。不能把me neither说成metoo两个意思是不同的。都用于口语。
