there is no time和there is little time

个人觉得这两个句型还是有点儿区别的。前者there is no time指的是“没有时间”后面省略了to do sth,而后者there is little time的中文意思是“几乎没有时间，”后面也可以跟to do sth.如：

Hurry up! There is no time to have breakfast.

没有时间。no作为否定词否定的是后面的名词 time。如，

There is little time.几乎沒有一点时间。

little 一点。但little的用法特别。前面加不定冠词a，则表示肯定。a little "有一点"，"有些”。前面不加不定冠词a，则表示否定意义。意为"少的"，"沒有一点"。
