heal和cure的区别

一、含义不同

1、cure

释义：治好（病人或动物），治好（疾病）。

2、heal

释义：vt.治愈，使恢复健康。

二、用法不同

1、cure

用法：cure主要强调治疗后恢复健康，有治愈的意思。cure 当动词时，虽然也能解释成「治愈、治好」，但这个单词通常会搭配内科疾病，例如：

Allergies cannot be cured; they can only be reduced or relieved.

（过敏是没办法治好的；只能减轻或缓解。）

2、heal

用法：heal意为＂复原＂，使之完好如初。主要指医疗外伤，也可用于比喻语言。

heal 比较着重在中间的进程，表示「疗伤过程；愈合过程」。

When a cut is healing, you will feel a bit itchy.

（伤口在愈合时，你会觉得有点痒。）

三、侧重点不同

1、cure : 主要指治愈疾病。

At one time doctors couldn't cure TB/cure people of TB.

医生曾经无法治愈肺结核／肺结核病人。

2、heal : 侧重指治愈伤口、伤痛如灼伤等。

The wounds were gradually healing (up).

伤口在逐渐愈合。

The plaster cast helps to heal the broken bone.

石膏绷带有利于断骨的愈合。
